A number of my clients run self-catering and/or bed & breakfast businesses and this had led me to develop a successful availability system for owners of self-catering and bed & breakfast businesses.
When you sign up you will get an availability page which, if you want, will integrate completely with the look and feel of your own web site. Visitors to your web site will welcome the clear availability information presented on your web site and you will find the browser-based administration page easy and intuitive to use.

In addition to the availability system, I offer a listing on my self-catering portal, self-catering.uk.com.
Costs
I charge a setup fee of £100 per property for the availability system and a listing on the self-catering.uk.com portal. Thereafter, the annual fee for the availability system is £50 per property.
